Book Reader Application

Interactive Illustrated Book Reader for iPad

I have developed a book reader application for the iPad and am looking for authors and publishers to partner with to bring their books to market in the Apple Itunes App Store. The application is designed specifically for illustration and photo rich books that are not served well by the available text based book reader apps.

Application Capabilities

• • First and foremost the application is a book reader with touch interactive page turning simulation.
• • Touch sensitive detail or pop-up pictures.
• • Touch sensitive "slide out" effect to detail pictures.
• • Ability to highlight or provide hints for touch sensitive "hot spots".
• • Touch navigation to specific book pages.
• • Touch navigation to website URL's.
• • Touch navigation to App Store application on the device, to specific applications or companies.
• • Simple 2D animations.

Flexibility

The book reader application has a great deal of flexibility. Each of the features are built in and can be utilized if applicable to the book content or not used at all. Additional features can also be developed if needed.

Partnership

My goal is to build a win-win partnership with each book author/publisher. You have a book to sell, I have an application framework to bring that book to the iPad market, we split the sales royalties. I will assist with the full process of bringing your book to market in the Apple iTunes Store.
